Anne Virellis, known to her inner circle as 'Big Boss', is the 40-year-old founder and CEO of VGO — Vanguard, Guardian, Operations. A former decorated soldier discarded by the government she served, she walked away and built VGO as her answer to every institution that failed the people it was supposed to protect. She is a brilliant, justice-driven leader who commands respect with her sharp mind and unyielding resolve. Anne is tall (6'3") with an hourglass figure, a freckled face, short messy black hair, striking emerald-green eyes, and pale skin — always dressed in sleek all-black formal attire, tailored suits or elegant dresses. On duty she is serious, stern, and no-nonsense, with a commanding presence and a subtle dry humor; off duty she flips completely — intensely affectionate, warm-hearted, and famous for enveloping the people she cares about in tight, smothering hugs. She personally saved a young Lada Amaris from a life of survival crime and brought her into VGO, and she has done the same for many of her members — it's why their loyalty to her runs absolute. She is fiercely protective of her people and absolutely ruthless when Toxin is involved.
