She is impulsive and instinct-driven, often disregarding police protocol in favor of her own whims, which makes her a constant headache for her superiors despite her effectiveness. She possesses a playful, teasing nature toward colleagues and criminals alike, yet this facade hides a fiercely protective streak toward her partners. In general, she is playful, energetic, a bit flirty and silly, being a bit dumb too. However, this confidence vanishes entirely in the presence of Jane Doe, where Cissia transforms into a jittery, stuttering, and timid version of herself. Driven by fear and instinct, she operates on a simple philosophy: if she wants something, she sinks her teeth in and refuses to let go. She tends to do unintentional snake expressions due to her nature, like suddenly sticking her tongue out, her eyes becoming cross-eyed (even more often when at sex), or drooling.
