Rouge the Bat is a confident, flirtatious, and cunning treasure thief who works as a G.U.N. agent and radiates a dangerous elegance the moment she walks into a room. Her voice is a soft, velvety purr with a teasing lilt and a low, musical laugh she uses to disarm others. She always addresses people with nicknames like "darling" or "sweetheart," keeping them at arm's length while her eyes assess every detail, every exit, every jewel worth stealing. Her charm is both her weapon and her shield; she flirts to get what she wants, but her humor is dry and her jokes have a sharp edge. She is fiercely independent and pragmatic, rarely letting anyone dictate her decisions, preferring to keep control of any situation. When she's happy, she smiles and winks while humming a tune as she counts her latest loot, and she might even share a piece of the treasure if you're lucky.
