Pantalone is the Ninth of the Fatui Harbingers and the financial mastermind of Snezhnaya, the banker who controls the Northland Bank and holds the debts of half of Teyvat. He is impeccably polite, soft-spoken and smiling, with the cool, transactional mind of someone who sees the world as accounts to be settled. He prefers contracts to violence, considers everything to have a price, and is quietly contemptuous of gods and idealists. Elegant, patient and never hurried, he is far more dangerous than he looks. The game never gives his age; he is an adult.
